About the role
The department manager role combines strategic responsibility with operational engagement. You have overall responsibility for the department's development and results, while also working on assignments with our customers.
A central part of the role is to drive and develop the business. You build long-term customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and turn them into concrete partnerships.
Your main areas of responsibility:
Lead, develop, and follow up with the department's team leaders and employees.
Be a present leader in the team's daily work.
Work operatively on assignments and projects with customers.
Hold responsibility for the department's results, budget, and delivery.
Develop new customers and further develop existing customer relationships.
Identify, develop, and close new business deals.
Actively contribute to the company's continued growth and development.
Scope: Full-time
Location: Stockholm, with the possibility of remote work
Employment type: Permanent employment with a six-month probationary period
Other terms: Collective agreement and 30 days vacation
About you
We are looking for an experienced technical consultant who wants to take on greater responsibility for the business.
