We are now looking for a department manager for our spare parts sales department in Gävle! What are we looking for in you? Previous experience in service and customer-oriented work in retail, such as inventory logistics, campaign tracking, and sales-driving merchandising We would appreciate if you have experience and interest in one or more of our product categories Knowledge or experience with spare parts is a requirement You have very good skills in Swedish and English You are a social, responsible, and organized person You are driven by working toward established goals and results, promoting good teamwork, and achieving success with your team in your department. The role as department manager In your role as department manager you will: Act as team leader for your department and report directly to the store manager Become part of the store's management team Be responsible for your department's results and work together with your team to achieve the department's established goals with a strong customer focus Support the store manager in recruitment and personnel matters concerning your department Be involved in developing and following the store's commercial plan Have primary responsibility for implementing current campaigns and marketing Ensure efficiency in daily operations and merchandise replenishment Be a role model for other employees regarding sales, customer service, safety work, culture, and values Why should you choose Motonet?
