Your Role As an AV and Workplace Specialist, you will be an important part of our local IT support in Aitik. You work close to the business and help ensure our colleagues have a stable, smooth and user-friendly experience with our workplace services. In the role, you are responsible for, among other things, conference rooms, AV equipment, printer solutions, info screens and KVM solutions. You get to combine technology, service and problem-solving in a day-to-day role where your work makes a concrete difference for our users. Your Team You will be part of a local IT team in Aitik and collaborate closely with both colleagues within IT, the business, and external suppliers. Together you work to create functioning, sustainable and easy-to-use technical solutions that support the business's needs every day. Your Responsibilities Install, maintain and troubleshoot conference rooms and AV equipment. Provide user support and assistance related to AV, conference rooms, printers and Office-related services. Work with operation and development of info screens, printer solutions and KVM solutions. Coordinate service, procurement and supplier contacts within your area. Document procedures and working methods so that solutions are easy to use and manage. Contribute to improvements that reduce operational disruptions and create a better user experience. You don't need to know everything from the start – what matters most is that you have a service-oriented approach, take responsibility and want to develop together with us. To thrive in the role, we believe you are solution-oriented, structured and confident when meeting different people. You enjoy creating order, following up on matters and finding practical ways forward when something is not working as it should. We would like to see that you have: Completed upper secondary education. Experience in user-facing IT support, AV technology, technical service or similar tasks. Interest in technology, troubleshooting and problem-solving. Good knowledge of Swedish and English. Class B driver's license. It is advantageous if you have experience with: Microsoft Teams Rooms or other conference room technology. Printers and print solutions. Digital signage or info screens. Basic network and installation technology. Supplier contacts or coordination of external parties.
