About the Position Professionals Nord is seeking, in collaboration with Start-Up, an Automation Technician for a long-term assignment with one of the company's customers in the energy sector. As an Automation Technician, you will work on-site at Start-Up's customer to ensure a stable and well-functioning facility. A large part of your daily work consists of preventive maintenance, rounds, calibration, and troubleshooting. You will become part of Start-Up's on-site team, where about ten colleagues with various technical competencies work together, including automation and electrical power specialists. The assignment is located approximately 30 minutes outside Oskarshamn. This is a direct recruitment, meaning the recruitment process occurs through Professionals Nord and you will be employed directly by Start-Up. For example, you may have worked as an automation technician, industrial electrician, or control and regulation technician. Has experience with troubleshooting and calibration Can read and interpret circuit diagrams and facility documentation Has a basic understanding of electrical systems and is accustomed to measuring and troubleshooting Holds a B-class driver's license Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written It is advantageous if you have experience from industrial or energy facilities and have worked with control systems such as ABB 800xA, Siemens PCS7, S7, or T3000. Experience with process instrumentation, loop checks, and maintenance and calibration systems is also advantageous. You are also responsible and collaboration-oriented, which means you are comfortable working both independently and solving technical problems together with others.
