Position: Automotive Painter Start Date: By agreement - 1 year with possibility of extension to indefinite Salary: 30,000 - 50,000 Kč/month (Base + bonus directly tied to performance and results of the position) Work Location: Dubno č.p. 120, 261 01 Příbram 1 Contact: Martinec Pavel, e-mail: [email protected] Job Details: + Surface preparation of vehicles and parts before painting (sanding, filling, cleaning) + Masking and protecting vehicle parts before painting + Mixing and preparing paint materials according to technical procedures + Application of primer, filler, and topcoats + Painting of body parts and complete vehicles + Polishing and final finishing of painted surfaces + Quality control of completed work and paint color + Collaboration with body shop technicians and other service department staff Our standard recruitment process is as follows = initial interview with HR representative via Google Meet - followed by evaluation and consultation with dealership management - followed by standard interview with the dealership manager at our showroom.
