Come train to become a BUS DRIVER and secure stable employment for yourself! We invite B or C, C1 vehicle drivers to join our team with the opportunity to obtain a Category D driver's qualification. TRAINING START DATES: training group from B to D: October 22 of this year; training group from C, C1 to D: September 15 of this year. REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES: at least 24 years old secondary or vocational education Category B, C or C1 vehicle driver's license preferred experience driving B, C or C1 category vehicles good interpersonal and communication skills TRAINING PROCESS AND FINANCIAL SUPPORT AMOUNT: When training from C to D category: upon entering into cooperation, a training agreement will be concluded; financial support: the company covers 100% of training costs (~ EUR 1100), of which you will reimburse us EUR 600 within one year after you start working at the company; to fully cover training costs, you must work continuously at the company for at least 2 years. When training from B to D category: upon entering into cooperation, a training agreement will be concluded; initial payment of EUR 100 is required; financial support: the company covers the remaining training costs (~ EUR 2000), of which you will reimburse us EUR 1200 within two years after you start working at the company; to fully cover training costs, you must work continuously at the company for at least 2 calendar years. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: transporting passengers by bus according to schedule; providing quality passenger service; working with the cash register; selling tickets to passengers. THE COMPANY OFFERS: work at a stable company; work location in Limbaži, Ainaži or Sigulda; monthly salary from EUR 1700 to EUR 2200 (before tax); partial reimbursement of travel expenses from your residence to the workplace; opportunity to combine with work at another company; health insurance policy after one year of employment; full social benefits; training before starting work duties; professional work environment.
