Emergency Security Guard / Property On-Call – Malmö Region Are you an experienced security guard with a background in property on-call services and emergency response assignments? We are now seeking experienced emergency security guards for our operations in the Malmö region. This is a flexible on-demand position with a focus on weekend work, where you work as needed based on operational and customer requirements. We are looking for someone who is confident in the security guard role, has good technical understanding, and enjoys independent and varied work where you can handle different types of on-call and surveillance assignments. About the Position As an emergency security guard within property on-call services, you will work with varied and responsible assignments in and around Malmö. The work involves responding to on-call emergencies and handling, among other things: Electrical faults and simple electrical-related measures Protective covers Various types of plumbing-related assignments Disruption on-call Garage door measures and management Alarm responses Vandalism and other acute property-related matters Other surveillance and on-call assignments The work is varied and often requires you to make a quick assessment on-site, take appropriate measures, and contact the customer, contractor, or other responsible party as needed. You work independently and are expected to make decisions, prioritize between different assignments, and handle customers and the public in a professional manner. Employment Type and Working Hours Employment type: Flexible on-demand The position is primarily intended for weekend work, with the possibility of work shifts both day and night depending on operational needs. Work shifts can vary and work is offered based on need and availability. It is therefore important that you are flexible and available for work during weekends. For the right person, there may also be opportunities for work on weekdays when operational needs arise. We are Looking for Someone Who Has documented experience in property on-call and/or emergency response assignments. Is a trained security guard with VU1 and VU2 certifications. Has good technical understanding and is practically minded. Has experience independently handling on-call and response assignments. Holds a valid category B driver's license. Speaks and writes Swedish fluently. Is approved to work for an authorized security company according to applicable legal requirements. Has stable finances. Is stress-resilient, solution-oriented, and service-minded. Has good communication skills and professional demeanor. Enjoys working independently but also collaborating with colleagues and other parties. Meritorious Qualifications Previous experience in property on-call services. Experience with disruption on-call. Practical experience in electrical work, plumbing, or building systems. Experience responding to alarm calls. Experience with garage doors and other technical installations.
