About the role
We are looking for a driven and engaged Assistant Store Manager who wants to help develop our store in Vänersborg. This is a temporary position for at least one year, and the role combines leadership and operational work where you, together with the Store Manager, lead the team toward set goals. You are a key person in daily operations and serve as acting manager in the Store Manager's absence.
Your areas of responsibility
Lead and motivate the team in daily work.
Plan and organize staffing, scheduling, and ensure the store operates efficiently and is sales-focused.
Ensure that campaigns, concepts, and service standards are followed.
Conduct morning meetings and communicate goals and focus areas.
Monitor sales, key metrics, and work environment.
Responsible for documentation and reporting of deviations.
Participate in assortment and campaign planning.
Drive improvement initiatives and contribute solution-oriented ideas.
Assume the role of location manager during the Store Manager's absence.
We are looking for you who
Have experience in retail leadership or similar.
Are structured, communicative, and have a strong customer and sales focus.
Enjoy taking responsibility and making decisions.
Are flexible, solution-oriented, and motivated by achieving results.
Have a good understanding of merchandise flow and store economics.

Placement: VänersborgPosition & Start date: Full-time, temporary position from 2027 and at least one year forward. Working hours: Part of store staffing. A mix of weekdays and every other weekend.
