JOB DUTIES Do you want to help create a safe, accessible, and inclusive school day for our students? We are now seeking two student assistants who, with a low-affect and preventive approach, want to support students with functional variations during both school and afterschool care time. Through clarifying pedagogy, structure, and presence, you create the conditions for students to succeed in the classroom as well as at the afterschool center. You become an important link that creates continuity and security throughout the student's school day. Your main responsibilities Work preventively with structure and adaptations to support students with functional variations (for example within NPF) during lessons, transitions, breaks, and leisure activities. Help students navigate social interactions and strengthen their independence and confidence in their own abilities. Work closely with teachers, afterschool staff, and the student health team to follow up on and evaluate the interventions. QUALIFICATIONS Good understanding of and practical experience with low-affect interaction and clarifying pedagogy. Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability: you are calm, confident, flexible, and have a natural ability to build trusting relationships. Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
