As a reinforcement to our team in Eskilstuna, we are now looking for an:
Assistant Store Manager
Main areas of responsibility
Managing the store in the store manager's absence according to New Yorker's concept
Co-responsibility for sales, turnover, and inventory
Responsibility for the daily operations of the store
Monitoring business key performance indicators
Leading and motivating the team
Training and continuous development of employees
Sales administration
All tasks occurring in the store
Collaboration with other departments in a team-oriented New Yorker environment
Your profile
High school education and preferably higher education in management, economics, and/or commerce and fashion
At least 2 years of work in retail and talent for sales
Experience in sales administration and preferably personnel administration, personnel management, and business acumen
Leadership skills and ability to coach your employees
Communicative, clear, and attentive
Driven, self-motivated, and organized
Engaged and team-oriented
Flexible, stress-resilient, and enjoy working at a fast pace
High fashion awareness and preferably experience from the fashion industry
Good knowledge of Swedish and English; knowledge of German and strong Excel skills are merits
