Requirements: - Secondary education - Experience with hotel restaurant operations or a similar position - German and English language skills (minimum conversational level) - Basic product knowledge - Proficient in Word, Excel, and other software programs (an advantage) - Previous experience leading a work team - Positive attitude toward work and pleasant demeanor - Team spirit and willingness to learn new things, enthusiasm for work Job Responsibilities: - Leading a team of 10-20 people - Responsibility for the F&B department operations - Responsibility for event preparation based on marketing department guidelines - Processing corporate and à la carte offerings - Processing F&B department reports, inventory management, and facility audits - Opportunity to implement your own proposals and ideas We Offer: - Year-round employment with a stable Czech company on a full-time basis, permanent position - Recruitment bonus of 30,000 Kč (paid in two installments after probation) - Salary 40,000 - 50,000 Kč gross, all-inclusive - Company mobile phone - Transportation allowance - Employee meals - Discounted hotel services - Discounted stays within our hotel chain - Support and financial contribution for further training - Pension insurance contribution (after 1 year of employment) - Work in a pleasant environment directly on the shore of Máchovo Lake First contact by email only.
