About the job
We're looking for an assembler for our operations in Svedala. In this role, you and your colleagues will be responsible for assembly and completion of our products. The work includes several tasks within production and workshop operations and combines practical work with handling manufacturing orders and documentation in our business systems.
You'll work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues in production, quality, and logistics.
This is a full-time position based in Svedala.
Your main responsibilities:
Mechanical assembly
Welding
Rust protection treatment and machine painting
Blasting
Forklift and overhead crane operation
Handling of manufacturing orders and documentation in our business systems
About you
We're looking for someone who is practical, quality-conscious, and has a strong interest in production and manufacturing. You thrive in an environment where tasks vary and where flexibility is a natural part of everyday work.
We'd like to see that you have:
A strong interest in mechanics, technology, and assembly
Good collaboration and communication skills
Basic welding knowledge
Computer skills and good ability to read and follow instructions and drawings
Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
Experience with forklift and overhead crane operation is a plus. You take responsibility for your work and work carefully with safety and quality in focus. You're also positive, solution-oriented, and enjoy tackling new challenges. With a curious and humble approach, you're open to learning from others' experiences and developing together with the team.
Physical requirements
The work includes some heavier tasks and is performed in a manufacturing industrial environment. Assistive equipment is used where possible, but the role requires good physical capacity and safe working practices.
