ASSISTANT FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES Jūrmala Aspazija Elementary School Reg. No. 40900036293 Jūrmala, Aizputes iela 1A, LV-2010 We are hiring - Assistant for Persons with Disabilities (profession code 5162 02) Requirements for Candidates: Competencies and skills necessary for performing job duties: Work or personal experience in care for persons with disabilities or relevant education, or work experience in pedagogy, psychology, medicine, health, or social work; Communication and collaboration skills; Psychological resilience and high level of interpersonal culture; Native proficiency in the state language; Job Duties: Provide support measures in accordance with the student's special needs during the learning process, taking into account individual needs and the student's health status; Provide support in communication and interaction with other students, teachers, and other persons; Provide assistance with personal hygiene, help with meals, dressing and undressing, and clothing maintenance; Ensure the student's safety; Build positive cooperation with parents and colleagues. We Offer: Employment for a fixed period; Compensation based on hourly rate – 5.72 eur/h to 6.03 eur/h (the variable hourly rate is determined in accordance with the current Annex to Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 695 of October 9, 2012 "Procedure for Granting and Financing Assistant Services in an Educational Institution" point 10.2); Work volume and compensation corresponding to the student's actual attendance at the educational institution; Work in a friendly and creative team.
