Nevrlková Eva, tel.: +420 720 985 432, e-mail: [email protected] JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Administrative and organizational tasks in the orthodontic practice; • Client communication, educational activities related to dental prevention and tooth/braces care, motivating clients to wear and care for braces and teeth; • Computer work, administration, completion of client satisfaction surveys; • Assistance and support with practice preparation and instrument setup before treatment, disinfection and cleaning of the treatment chair, assistance with instrument sterilization; • Receipt, inspection and storage of medical devices and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and replenishment, inventory management. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION • Minimum secondary education with diploma; • Good communication skills in Czech and English at a communicative level; • Experience in customer service or healthcare; • Excellent client-oriented approach; • Stress resilience and ability to work in a dynamic work environment; • Manual dexterity and attention to detail; • Ability to learn and follow established procedures precisely; • Team cooperation and responsibility.
