POSITION: This is an assistant pedagogue position working in tandem with a caregiver on afternoon or night shifts. The educational group consists of a maximum of 16 girls aged 10-15 years in the residential department of the Svitavska Educational Care Center. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum education is secondary school with graduation and a course for pedagogue assistants or secondary pedagogical school. Salary depends on length of work experience, which is not required but is an advantage. We expect active interest in working with children with behavioral and emotional problems, psychological resilience, and good communication skills. WE OFFER: The first year is on a fixed-term contract; after the probation period, we offer an indefinite-term contract. Employee benefits: 8 weeks of vacation, annual bonus. Start date by agreement.
