We are seeking an active, positive, and creative individual for the position of pedagogy assistant who can inspire children on their educational journey. You are able to set aside your own educational ambitions, give children space to find various solutions, refrain from judgment, maintain an open mind, view things from different angles, and can laugh at yourself. At the same time, you love nature (not just in spring and summer) and have no problem taking children outside to learn every day. We also require organizational skills in administrative tasks, which are an integral part of your job responsibilities. Requirements: - Secondary, post-secondary, or university education in a field with pedagogical focus, or supplementary education through a pedagogy course or pedagogy assistant course - partnership approach with children, knowledge of non-traditional pedagogical methods and their practical application (an advantage) - independence and organizational skills - open communication, creativity - ability to improvise and effectively resolve arising situations, team spirit - driver's license category B, clean criminal record - suitable for recent graduates We offer: - part-time position (0.775 - 31 hours per week) - pleasant working environment in a non-traditional school near České Budějovice with beautiful surrounding nature - work with a smaller group of children - opportunities for further education and personal development Employee benefits: 8 weeks vacation for pedagogical staff, further education opportunities, meal allowance Start date: September 2026.
