Winemaking Technologist Assistant

For the 2026 vintage harvest, we are looking for assistants for production. Your responsibilities will include collaboration with the technologist during grape reception or in the technologist's office preparing operational tastings and managing the agenda for cellar operations. Work in the technologist's office is on 2 shifts: morning shift 6:00-14:30, afternoon shift 12:00-20:30. The assistant for grape reception works a single shift. We require complete secondary education, PC skills, and time flexibility. The position is suitable for recent graduates and for university students gaining practical experience.
