We are looking for a colleague to join our team in the position of L1 IT Support, who will be responsible for basic Windows workstation management, user support, and technical documentation maintenance. Windows Workstations • Installation of Windows operating system • Installation and configuration of applications • Individual system preparation according to customer requirements • Basic system diagnostics: • Uptime monitoring • Working with DISM and SFC tools • Disk checks • Battery checks • RAM checks • Driver and update checks Windows Server / Active Directory • User password resets • Information lookup and verification in systems such as LAPS or BitLocker • Monitoring and managing user group memberships Documentation • Maintaining and updating technical documentation • Recording performed interventions and procedures • Maintaining clear information for both the team and customers We are looking for someone with basic knowledge of the Windows environment, who is not afraid of communication with users, and wants to develop further in IT. Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and the ability to follow through on tasks are important.
