About the job As an Asbestos and Demolition Technician at ByggLove Bemanning, you will work on-site with our clients performing demolition and asbestos remediation across various types of projects. Assignments can range from demolition and remediation following fire and moisture damage to renovations and work involving different types of environmental hazards. You will carry out your work alongside other skilled colleagues and always have access to management support for assistance with any questions. Your professional expertise, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities are important parts of the role. Work Duties We are looking for someone who wants to be part of creating future construction projects. As an Asbestos and Demolition Technician with us, you will work on varied and practical assignments alongside engaged colleagues. Work duties: • Asbestos remediation • Demolition and dismantling • Remediation following fire and water damage • Sorting and handling of demolition materials • Securing and cordoning off work areas Qualifications We are looking for someone who: • Has experience with demolition and/or remediation work • Has completed asbestos training and required certifications • Is meticulous, responsible, and has a strong safety mindset • Enjoys practical and physical work • Can work both independently and with others • Is flexible and can adapt to different work sites and tasks • Has a Class B driver's license • Speaks Swedish or English Meritorious Qualifications Meritorious qualifications: • Lift certification • Fall protection • Safe lifting techniques About Us ByggLove Bemanning AB is a staffing company focused on the construction industry.
