NATIONAL MENTAL HEALTH CENTER, State SIA (Reg. no. 50003342481) invites you to join the team Emergency Medical Assistance and Patient Admission Department Tvaika Street 2, Riga NURSES / NURSING ASSISTANTS (for an indefinite period on a full-time/part-time basis) (profession code 2240 01) Your main responsibilities: Provide professional support to doctors in the care of psychiatric patients. Conduct patient examinations, gather data, and assess health status. Ensure regular patient health monitoring, perform injections and procedures according to doctor's instructions. Follow treatment plans and document changes in patients' health status. Participate in educating patients and their relatives about the treatment process and safe medication use. Adhere to all safety and confidentiality standards when working with sensitive information. We are looking for a colleague who has: First-level higher or secondary professional education. Compliance with the requirements of Article 72, paragraphs 4 and 5 of the Child Rights Protection Law. Knowledge of principles in diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders. Excellent communication and cooperation skills when working with patients and colleagues. Experience working as an emergency medical nurse/nursing assistant. Ability to remain calm and maintain a professional approach in stressful situations. State language proficiency in accordance with the regulatory acts of the Republic of Latvia. We offer: Stable and regular compensation - from 1389.00 - 1660.00 EUR (gross) for full-time work. Shift work schedule - hours by agreement. Allowance for occupational hazard factors - 25%.
