About the Position We are seeking an Archivist for a government agency in Norrköping. In this role, you will direct, coordinate, and participate in the management of physical central archives. You will also be responsible for ensuring proper organization and maintenance of paper documents. Assignment Period and Scope: The Archivist position is a full-time consulting assignment starting 2026-11-01 and is expected to run through 2027-03-05. Requirements for the Position: • University degree or equivalent education and at least one (1) year of professional experience in similar work. Alternatively, at least three (3) years of professional experience as an archivist • Practical experience in public sector operations • Knowledge of MS Office or equivalent • Knowledge of document and case management systems (for example, Public360, W3D3, Platina, Iipax One Visual Arkiv, etc.) • Familiarity with laws and regulations governing public sector operations and the function and responsibilities of archivists • Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing • Knowledge of standards such as OAIS, METS, PREMIS, PAIMAS For us to be able to move you forward in the process, you must clearly document in your CV that all of the above requirements are met.
