Be part of developing our information management Information is one of our most important assets. Managing it correctly in an increasingly digital operation requires expertise. We're now looking for you to help us develop how we manage, preserve, and make information accessible to more people. The role of archivist is both broad and developmental. You combine your archival expertise with business development, systems administration, and project work. You have a central role in our work with e-archives and information management, while ensuring we comply with current legal requirements. You also help develop efficient working methods. What you will do You handle information management issues in both strategic and operational ways. The main focus is on developing our digital solutions and e-archives, but you also work with physical archives. You will also work operationally with information deliveries to e-archives, including quality assurance, metadata management, and long-term preservation define requirements, manage, and develop e-archives and system support for archiving, journaling, and information management develop processes, models, and working methods for information management and digital preservation throughout the information lifecycle establish and update governing documents within the archival and information management area provide support and training to operations on matters related to e-archives, archiving, and information management collaborate with authorities, operations, systems administrators, and vendors on information management, system integrations, and e-archives monitor legislation and ensure the organization works in accordance with applicable regulations. We're looking for someone who has a university degree in archival science or equivalent education experience with e-archives and digital archiving good understanding of business systems and information structures the ability to translate regulations and operational needs into solutions that work in practice an interest in digitalization and information governance.
