Sales/Distributor for Pågen in Åre
Pågen is now hiring a Sales Distributor for a temporary position requiring a B or C driver's license. You'll become part of Sweden's largest sales force, delivering fresh bread to stores and consumers across the country every day.

What does the role involve?
As part of Pågen's sales force, your primary responsibility is to visit our customers and stores and supply them with our fresh quality products. You'll be part of an engaged team while working independently with the goal of driving sales in the stores you manage. You'll get a temporary job that is both varied, dynamic, and enjoyable, involving a mix of sales and distribution tasks. You'll have many customer touchpoints, primarily with the stores you visit, but also with your colleagues. With a focus on business and results, we share the desire to improve a little every day.
Visit our customers to restock with our fresh products.
Create conditions for good in-store sales.
Plan and implement sales activities/campaigns and follow up on results.
Your base will be located in Åre.
This is a temporary position with immediate start.
Who are you?
As a temporary employee with us, it's important that you can work daytime hours, Monday through Friday.
To succeed and thrive, you need to be social and enjoy a varied and dynamic day where you take significant responsibility. You're receptive, build trust easily, and are driven by working toward set goals and creating results. You need to be flexible and have good planning skills and structure with a focus on quality and efficiency in all aspects of your work.
You communicate well in Swedish, both spoken and written. The position requires a B driver's license, and a C license plus YKB certification is a merit. We'd like to see experience in retail and sales work, preferably in the food industry.
