Wasa Trädfällning is growing and we are now seeking several full-time arborists for our teams. We provide professional tree care services to municipalities, property management companies, businesses, and private individuals, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
About the Position
As an arborist with us, you will have a varied, responsible, and practical role where you work with trees daily in many different environments. Our assignments are primarily for municipalities, property management companies, and businesses, but also for private individuals, which means great variety in both workplaces and tasks.
The work can range from routine tree maintenance in public spaces and residential areas to more advanced assignments in densely built areas with high demands for safety and precision.
You will work with trees in parks, along streets, in courtyards, industrial areas, and in private gardens. The work often takes place in complex environments where consideration must be given to people, buildings, traffic, power lines, and other infrastructure. This requires high standards of planning, risk assessment, and a professional approach.
In your role as an arborist with us, you are expected to take responsibility for your work, follow applicable safety regulations, and contribute to good teamwork. You are also an important representative for the company with clients and therefore must have a service-oriented and professional manner. The work is physically demanding and takes place primarily outdoors year-round, which requires that you enjoy an active job in varying weather conditions.

Have a B driver's license
Have relevant chainsaw training
Have relevant education
Are confident in your professional practice and experienced working in both simple and more complex environments
Have a strong safety mindset and good understanding of risk assessment
