About Villa Rosstorp
Villa Rosstorp is a senior living facility where care, quality, and resident participation are central. We work person-centered and in close collaboration between different professions to create a safe and stimulating everyday life for our residents. The facility is pleasantly located in Rönninge within walking distance to commuter train. We have 61 places distributed among permanent and short-term placements.
About the Role
As an occupational therapist, you play an important role in promoting and maintaining our residents' activity and functional capacity. You work independently while being a natural part of our multidisciplinary team with a physical therapist, nurses, and care staff.
Your main responsibilities include:
Assessing activity and functional capacity
Prescribing and following up on assistive devices
Designing and monitoring rehabilitative interventions
Conducting ergonomic assessments and training colleagues
Participating in care planning and team meetings
Training, mentoring, and supporting care staff in rehabilitative approaches
Documenting according to applicable regulations and procedures

We are looking for you who
Are a licensed occupational therapist
Have a genuine interest in elderly care and rehabilitation
Work independently, in a structured manner, and solution-focused
Have good collaboration skills and thrive in multidisciplinary teams
Are responsible and engaged in quality and development work
Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
It is a merit if you have experience from elderly care, dementia care, or rehabilitation in group housing
