We are recruiting occupational therapists for both Home Healthcare (HSV) and Care and Support Housing (VÅBO). Your responsibilities As an occupational therapist in our health and care team, you will work with rehabilitation, habilitation, and supportive interventions for patients in care and support housing or within home healthcare. You work closely with patients, their families, and care staff to promote independence, participation, and a functional daily life. The role includes conducting occupational therapy assessments and identifying the need for physical and cognitive aids, housing adaptations, and various forms of structural support. You are responsible for prescribing, following up on, and evaluating aids based on the patient's individual needs. Together with the patient, you develop strategies and interventions that strengthen activity capacity and enable as independent a life as possible. The work also involves coaching and training care and support staff and collaborating with both internal and external partners. Together with physiotherapists, nurses, care personnel, and other collaborators, you contribute to creating coordinated, safe, and person-centered care with a focus on quality of life and a functioning everyday life. Your qualifications We are looking for you who are a licensed occupational therapist and want to contribute your skills and commitment to our team. As a person, you are mature, stable, and cooperative, responsive and communicative, and work in a professional manner with colleagues, patients, and families. You feel comfortable using Swedish both verbally and in writing. To meet our patients, you also need to have a B driver's license.
