We are seeking a dedicated occupational therapist who wants to help create conditions for participation, independence, and meaningful daily life for individuals within LSS, residential support, and day activities. We offer varied and developmental work where you have great opportunity to influence both the individual's quality of life and the development of our operations. You will be an important part of our rehabilitation team and work closely with physiotherapists, nurses, unit managers, and care staff. Start date by agreement. Job Duties As an occupational therapist, you will work to strengthen the individual's activity ability and independence based on the person's own goals and circumstances. The work includes, among other things: Assess activity and functional ability. Plan, implement, and follow up on occupational therapy interventions. Prescribe, trial, and follow up on assistive devices. Guide and train staff in a rehabilitative approach and matters of interaction. Collaborate with users, family members, colleagues, and external healthcare providers such as performing service procurement on behalf of the region. Document in the Viva patient record system. Contribute to operational development and quality improvement work. Qualifications Requirements: Licensed occupational therapist. Meritorious: Experience working within LSS, social psychiatry, or municipal rehabilitation. Experience with assistive device prescription. Experience with cognitive aids and cognitive support. Experience in staff guidance and training. Knowledge of low-arousal interaction and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC).
