Job Description Are you looking for a flexible part-time assignment during winter where you can step in with your solid expertise and work independently within primary care? For a rehabilitation clinic in Gothenburg, Randstad Care is now seeking a licensed occupational therapist for a consulting position at 40% during the period November 2026 through the end of February 2027. Location: Gothenburg (Fredriksdal) Scope: Part-time (40%, suggested 2 full days/week). There is good flexibility regarding which two weekdays you work, so it fits your other schedule or arrangement. Period: November 2, 2026 – February 28, 2027 Work Hours: Core hours 08:00–17:00 (clinic closes at 15:00 on Fridays). Employment Type: Consulting assignment via Randstad Care Responsibilities You will work both at the clinic and conduct home visits in the surrounding area. You will work in close collaboration with the clinic's physiotherapist and the health center located in the same building. Your main tasks: Clinic Work: Assessment and treatment of hand issues as well as fitting and follow-up of prefabricated orthoses for arthrosis. Assistive Devices & Housing: Fitting assistive devices (primarily seat cushions, wheelchairs, and home aids) as well as conducting housing adaptation assessments. Home Visits: Conduct home visits with patients in the surrounding area (service bicycle available). Counseling Support/Structure: Provide structure and guidance for stress-related issues (desirable). Documentation: Work in the journal system Webdoc. Selection and interviews take place on an ongoing basis. Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience from primary care/rehabilitation. Experience with assessment of hand issues, orthosis prescription, and assistive device prescription (seat cushions/wheelchairs). Experience conducting home visits and writing assessments for housing adaptation. Ability to work completely independently and take own initiative. Desirable: Experience working with structure for stress-related illness. Previous experience with the Webdoc journal system.
