Who are we looking for? We are looking for you who have a background in health and safety and preferably experience from construction, civil engineering, industry or production. You may be a newly graduated health and safety engineer or have a few years of experience from a similar role. Requirements and qualifications: Relevant education in health and safety, for example health and safety engineer Knowledge of work environment and safety Knowledge of risk assessment and risk management Good Swedish and English in speech and writing Category B driving license. Experience from industrial or construction projects as well as education in, for example, IOSH or NEBOSH is advantageous. As a person, you are unpretentious, structured and responsible. You enjoy collaborating, are confident in communicating work environment issues and dare to raise risks when needed. Above all, you are a team player with a genuine interest in safety and improvement work. What does the role entail? As a Health and Safety Engineer, you will have an important role in coordinating and developing work environment and safety efforts in the project. You work closely with project management and operations and become a support in matters concerning risks, safety and preventive work environment efforts, with tasks that for example include: Conduct and follow up on risk assessments Identify risks and propose preventive measures Support project management and managers in work environment matters Follow up on incidents, near misses and deviations Ensure that routines and instructions are complied with Contribute to training, follow-up and improvement work in health, safety and environment.
