In the role of Occupational Health and Compliance Coordinator, you'll get an important position in the organization where you work closely with the group manager and drive daily work within occupational health, safety, certifications, and document management. Here you'll have the opportunity to combine coordination and administration with significant individual responsibility and many contact points throughout the organization. Job Information This assignment is part of our staffing services. You will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant for our client long-term. In the role, you'll be the group manager's extended arm in occupational health, safety, certifications, and document management. You have a coordinating and driving function where you hold the work together, ensure that activities are carried out and followed up, and serve as operational support in this area. Responsibility is shared with the group manager, but you'll be the one setting the pace in daily work and ensuring that statutory requirements, internal procedures, and certification requirements are implemented in practice. The role involves no personnel responsibility, but gives you significant individual responsibility and the opportunity to influence how work is conducted and developed. Work Tasks As Occupational Health and Compliance Coordinator, you will, among other things: Plan, coordinate, and drive the company's work in occupational health and safety Provide operational support to the group manager and coordinate matters in occupational health, certifications, and regulatory compliance Ensure that the organization operates in compliance with occupational health legislation and relevant regulatory and certification requirements Plan and conduct occupational health inspections Conduct and document risk assessments for work, changes, projects, and new construction Coordinate audits, inspections, and external reviews and ensure that decided measures are followed up Work proactively to maintain the company's certifications Drive and coordinate matters within fire safety, electrical safety, chemical handling, and safe work practices Manage administration and follow-up in the company's document management system Ensure that documentation related to audits, inspections, and certifications is current, traceable, and easily accessible We're Looking for You Have experience working in occupational health, safety, certifications, compliance, or related areas Thrive in a coordinating role where you independently drive matters and activities forward Are structured and thorough and have the ability to follow up activities from planning through implementation Are accustomed to administrative work and document management Have good knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel Communicate and collaborate easily with managers, employees, and external parties Personal Qualities We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
