With us, you can combine important assignments with a meaningful workday. Welcome to join us! Your responsibilities We are expanding Unit OSA (Publicly Sheltered Work) with an additional employment market consultant, and we are looking for you—someone curious about an exciting assignment where you can make a difference for individuals who are far from the labor market. The role of employment market consultant involves many contacts, both internal contacts with colleagues and external contacts with the Swedish Public Employment Service, the Social Insurance Agency, the Regional Council, and the Social Services Administration. As an employment market consultant, your main responsibilities are to independently and together with colleagues support our employees on their journey toward self-sufficiency. Our employees in publicly sheltered work have reduced work capacity or have been away from working life for an extended period due to, for example, mental health issues, substance abuse, or cognitive functional limitations. You are the link between employees, employers, and authorities. Important aspects of the work include convening and leading follow-up meetings with work supervisors, employees, and a representative from the Swedish Public Employment Service, and in special cases also the unit manager. Your availability is very important to our employees, where you listen to their needs and work in a developmental and solution-focused manner through regular conversations. You will work closely with colleagues in HR Employment and the Employer Team. Your workplace Unit OSA is part of the Integration and Employment Administration in Linköping Municipality. The administration comprises approximately 300 employees and operates within the Employment Board's area of responsibility. The administration has special responsibility for the employment area AMI, of which Unit OSA is a part. The goal of our assignment is to develop people who are far from the labor market into work on the regular labor market and/or studies through work and substantial support. The position is located within the OSA unit at Dvärggatan 4 in Tornby, where you, together with the unit manager and another employment market consultant, will be responsible for OSA employees and individuals who are work training before joining OSA within Linköping Municipality. We also have operations at Vreta Kluster, Vidingsjö, Trädgårdsföreningen, and at three recycling centers. Depending on what the assignment requires, the workplace may vary between several different areas around Linköping. About you We are looking for you who have a university or college degree in social and cultural analysis or as an occupational therapist, social worker, or behavioral scientist, or alternatively education deemed equivalent by the employer. If you have completed training in MI and have experience with MI as a conversation method, we see that as a merit. You need to have previous experience working with employment market issues, and we strongly consider it a merit if you have experience working with target groups with substance abuse issues and/or cognitive functional limitations and mental health issues. We require that you have previous experience working in documentation systems. If you have experience coaching people in need of support and experience conducting progression measurements regarding a person's progress and advancement toward work or studies, we see that as a merit. Since the work involves many social contacts and considerable documentation, proficiency in Swedish in both spoken and written form is a requirement. If you have knowledge and familiarity with the Swedish Public Employment Service and the Social Insurance Agency regulations regarding publicly sheltered work, as well as knowledge of documentation systems, we see that as a merit. To succeed and thrive in this role, we see that you plan, organize, and prioritize your work efficiently. A large part of the work involves collaboration with others, so you need to work well with people and relate to them in a smooth and attentive manner. For this reason, you also need to be outgoing and create and maintain relationships. You also need to have a good understanding of how people absorb knowledge and adapt your way of communicating messages based on who you are meeting. We work with people from different backgrounds, which means you need to value differences and understand how background, culture, and group membership affect you and others. Since no two days are alike with us, you also need to be adaptable to changing circumstances and see opportunities in changes. In this recruitment process, we may use tests as part of our assessment. The tests provide us with information about personality and problem-solving ability. We warmly welcome your application! Other information You apply with e-ID. Do you not have e-ID?
