We are now seeking temporary staff for Trygghetsjouren and can offer you varied and meaningful work where each shift brings different situations and people with different needs. You will be an important contact for our care recipients and will work with receiving and handling alarms, providing support and guidance, and ensuring that the right help and services are put in place when needed. About the Position The work combines service, problem-solving, system management, and administrative tasks. You need to be able to listen, make assessments, prioritize, and remain calm while treating each person with respect and care. As a temporary staff member at Trygghetsjouren, you will receive and handle safety alarms and provide support and guidance to care recipients, choice-of-provider contractors, and property owners. You will also work with registering and managing care recipients in the facility's various systems as well as documentation and administrative tasks. The work is varied and requires you to make assessments, prioritize, and act based on different situations. The position involves work in evenings, nights, and weekends. Your work tasks include, among others: Receive and handle incoming safety alarms. Answer calls and create security through calm and professional interaction. Listen to the care recipient's needs and make assessments based on the current situation. When necessary, contact and coordinate the appropriate intervention according to established procedures. Handle and follow up on alarms and cases until they are resolved. Document calls, actions, and events according to established procedures. Manage and register information in the facility's digital systems. Communicate with care recipients, relatives, staff, and other relevant parties. Handle technical questions and simple troubleshooting related to safety alarms according to given procedures. Report deviations and identify follow-up needs. Administer customer information. Provide support to the customer choice program. Contribute to safe and quality-assured operations even during evenings, nights, and weekends. About You For this position, you need: Upper secondary education or other education that the employer considers equivalent. Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing. Good digital skills and the ability to learn new systems easily. Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends. It is an advantage if you also have: Experience working at a safety service center, alarm center, or other on-call facility. Experience in customer service, support, or phone-based service. Experience with safety alarms or other welfare technology. Coordination of interventions or contact with different professions and partner organizations. You can convey information in a clear, professional, and understandable way in both speech and writing.
