About the job We're looking for someone who loves food, people, and sales and wants to join our great team at Willys Hemma Malmö Lindängen! In short, this role means you help our customers shop for good, sustainable food at really great prices. Position details: Permanent employment, full-time. Probation period applies. Start date: By agreement. Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. Requirements: Upper secondary education, good Swedish skills (spoken and written). Prior experience in leadership roles is a merit. Here's more about the role: You are part of the store's management team and, together with the store manager, have overall responsibility for the store. Of course, you also participate in the daily operational store work. You work goal-oriented to develop the store's sales, profitability, and other important key metrics. You also contribute to developing and following up the store's business plan. You lead staff in the store team and help your colleagues develop and perform to their full potential. You are a role model in meeting our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile. You have overall responsibility for the store when the store manager is not present.
