The Role As a clinic manager, you are responsible for the daily operations and provide close support to both staff and the operations manager. You have special responsibility for scheduling and staffing. You lead and coordinate the operational work at the clinic, support the team in daily tasks, and actively contribute to a good work environment. As part of the clinic leadership, you participate in planning and developing the business, including work on accessibility and patient flow. You are also an important driving force in our operational development work, with a particular focus on digitalization and increased accessibility for patients. The clinic is bright, pleasant, and equipped with nine modern treatment rooms. We also have specialized expertise in endodontics through a specialist dentist on site, which creates excellent opportunities for knowledge exchange and professional development for the entire team. We Are Looking For You If You Have dental care training and experience in management, team leadership, or coordination. We would also like you to have strong knowledge of administrative systems, planning, and structure. You are a secure, attentive, and solution-focused person with a strong interest in digital development and patient-centered solutions.
