We are now looking for a Work Supervisor in Tunnel Cleaning for our establishment in Tumba. Your assignment as work supervisor As a work supervisor, you will work with varied and exciting tasks within our tunnel cleaning operations. In this role, you will plan, implement, and follow up on the work we perform in tunnels, primarily in Stockholm and Mälardalen, as well as on bridges throughout the country. In this position, you will lead and allocate work tasks within the project and have a special focus on our administrative systems, taking responsibility for invoicing, order placement, and other follow-up activities. The role also involves some support and follow-up in the field together with your colleagues during nighttime hours. You will be an important supervisory function for our skilled workers and serve as a coordinating contact for our subcontractors and our customer. Additionally, you will support the site manager in daily operations. Truly an excellent role for someone who can transform theory into practice and vice versa. The position is full-time, based at Svevia's establishment in Tumba, and you will report directly to the site manager. The role involves daytime work as well as nighttime work, and on-call duty may be included during the winter season. At Svevia, we apply individual salary setting. Who are you? We would like to see that you have • At least a couple of years of work experience in maintenance and operations work in an urban environment • Documented experience working as a work supervisor • Post-secondary education from, for example, university or relevant vocational training • It is a merit if you have a vehicle technical or mechanical background from previous practical experience or training • It is a merit if you have experience performing work with traffic nearby Your personality is important to us! We are looking for someone with good computer skills who is interested in digital working methods and processes. A C driver's license is required for this position as much of the work revolves around truck equipment. Part of something bigger Svevia is today Sweden's largest maintenance contractor.
