NIBE is now seeking a production supervisor for one of our manufacturing facilities in heat pump production, where we manufacture ground source heat pumps. You will be met with a pleasant work environment where safety, quality, and ergonomics are at the center.
The production facility comprises 6,500 square meters. Today, approximately 100 people work in the factory distributed across two shifts, day and evening. There will also be a night shift. We are now in an exciting phase where we see fantastic opportunities for growth and development in the coming years.
About the Role
Lead, plan, and follow up on daily production while ensuring high quality, a good work environment, and efficient operations.
Ensure that work environment and safety regulations are followed.
Support and develop your team members through clear communication.
Work actively with improvement initiatives and efficiency optimization.
Working hours are primarily scheduled on 2-shifts, but nights may occur.

As a production supervisor with us, you have the opportunity to combine leadership and practical work. Therefore, it is desirable that you have experience in a leadership role within manufacturing industry or similar operations.
We are looking for someone who is a clear, structured, and present leader who ensures that goals are achieved while creating engagement and participation within the team. You have a good ability to plan, prioritize, and make decisions. As a leader, you are solution-oriented and motivated by driving development and improvements.
Knowledge of piece-rate pay systems is a merit, as you will encounter this in our production facilities.
