Do you want to work close to production and be part of building the digital infrastructure of the future? Friday is now seeking a work supervisor on behalf of our client for large-scale data center projects, primarily in Denmark but also in other locations across the Nordic region. Here you'll have an operational role with significant responsibility for ensuring that work on site is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the right quality. This role is suitable both for those with experience in work supervision and those at the beginning of their career who want to grow into greater responsibility within infrastructure and construction. ABOUT THE ROLE As a work supervisor, you work on site where the projects are carried out and are close to daily production. You plan, lead, and follow up on work together with skilled workers, machine operators, contractors, and other project functions. The projects are large, international, and technically complex. Work takes place primarily in Denmark, but also in other locations across the Nordic region. You'll be part of an international project environment where multiple different trades and technical functions collaborate to build data center infrastructure—from ground and foundation work to completed facilities. You work closely with the site manager and project management, with a focus on safety, quality, and progress. If you're junior level, there's an opportunity to work alongside more experienced colleagues and gradually grow into the role. In this role, you will, among other things: Plan, lead, and follow up on daily work on site Coordinate skilled workers, machine operators, and contractors Ensure quality and progress in the project Prepare and follow up on work plans, risk assessments, and work permits Ensure that working environment requirements and safety regulations are followed Coordinate materials, deliveries, and minor purchases Coordinate measurements, inspections, tests, and trials Document work progress and report deviations, risk observations, and incidents Solve practical issues that arise in daily production WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO: Have education or practical experience in infrastructure, construction, building, or contracting Have experience in work supervision—this can be through LIA or work experience Want to work on site in projects, primarily in Denmark but also across the Nordic region Have a clear safety and quality mindset Are structured and can prioritize when circumstances change Communicate clearly and create good collaboration between different trades Thrive in an international and dynamic project environment As a person, you are responsible, solution-oriented, and unpretentious. You dare to ask when something is unclear, take initiative when needed, and follow up on what you have started.
