About the Position As a site supervisor, you will have the opportunity to lead, distribute work tasks, and coordinate resources within land and foundation projects. When needed, you will also work operationally as an executor, which will give you good variety in your daily work. In addition to sometimes working operatively, you will oversee 5-10 employees/UEs and coordinate daily production. Your Responsibilities You are the bridge between the customer and your colleagues on the projects. You guide and coach your employees. When needed, you work operatively in the execution yourself. In consultation with management, you can take responsibility for purchasing services and goods as needed. You conduct continuous check-ins with the customer and help solve problems that arise. You take responsibility for keeping the project on schedule and understand how any deviations should be handled. You are confident in your leadership role and enjoy leading your employees toward common goals. You are also a clear leader who understands how all parts of a project are operatively executed. With your commitment, you motivate staff to perform the work on time with the highest quality according to the customer's wishes. You have at least 5 years of experience with practical work in land and construction. You need to feel confident in your role as an executor, and it is advantageous if you can point to varied professional experience as projects can vary in nature.
