We are now seeking a warehouse supervisor for our client in Märsta who will take on a key role in daily operations, with a focus on planning and allocating work, creating clear priorities, and ensuring the team has the right conditions to achieve today's goals.
About the Role
As a warehouse supervisor, you have an important function in daily operations and ensure that warehouse work flows according to plan. You lead and allocate daily work, create clear priorities, and adapt planning based on volumes, staffing, and operational needs.
You work closely with the team and continuously monitor how work progresses throughout the day. When conditions change, you need to quickly reprioritize, handle deviations, and find solutions that keep operations running smoothly. You monitor quality and productivity, ensure that routines and work methods are followed, and support the team in their daily work.

Your main responsibilities:
Lead and allocate daily work and ensure the team has the right conditions to meet delivery targets
Plan staffing and capacity in the short term based on operational needs
Monitor productivity, quality, and other relevant key metrics and act on deviations
Onboard, train, and support employees in work methods, processes, and routines
Handle and follow up on deviations related to production, quality, and work environment and escalate when needed
Drive and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within your area
Ensure that routines and work methods related to quality, safety, and work environment are followed in daily operations
Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking someone with previous experience from warehouse and logistics who feels confident in a supervisory role. For example, you may have worked as a warehouse supervisor, team leader, or held expanded responsibility in warehouse operations.
To succeed in this role, you need to be able to switch between seeing the big picture and quickly addressing what's happening in the moment. You are clear in your communication, find it easy to prioritize, and build trust by being present and available to the team.
It is a merit if you have a forklift license and forklift experience.
