At Svevia, we are now seeking an additional colleague for the role of Work Leader, who together wants to be part of our responsibility for one of our base maintenance operations in Halland. Your assignment as work leader As a work leader, you will work on varying projects related to our base maintenance, with a focus on operations and maintenance work. You are offered a role with responsibility for the entire process, from planning and resource allocation to implementation and follow-up of the work we perform. The role suits you if you enjoy combining operational leadership, problem-solving, and coordination in a varied workday. The role as work leader does not involve direct personnel responsibility; however, you form an important function for our skilled workers and also act as a coordinating contact for our subcontractors. You work closely with the site manager day-to-day; together you are responsible for areas such as customer contact, application of regulations, production management, financial follow-up, and invoicing documentation. Furthermore, you will be an important part of our safety efforts—for us, safety is at the top of the agenda! You will be based at our establishment in northern Falkenberg, which is a shared establishment for the operations areas of Falkenberg and Viskadalen. Here you will have daily contact with many colleagues. You will become part of a group with experience, community, collaboration, and a collegial culture. The position is full-time and you report to the site manager. The position includes both winter and summer on-call readiness. At Svevia, we apply individual salary setting. Who are you? Requirements for the role: • Previous experience in a work leader role • Good computer skills and comfort working with digital tools and systems • Class B driver's license • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written • If you have experience in operations and maintenance work, road contracting, or other related activities, we consider that a merit.
