DSV (DB Schenker x DSV) in Växjö is seeking a Terminal Supervisor who, together with the Terminal Manager (the person you report to) and the facility's employees, will lead and develop our terminal production within terminal operations. In this role, you will have ongoing contact with several other functions within DSV and you will drive development work within your area of responsibility together with the Terminal Manager. Your responsibilities include: Leading and directing daily work (including daily meetings according to LEAN/100 principles) Ensuring that work methods, processes, and reporting procedures are followed Monitoring of set goals and results and addressing any shortcomings and deviations in your area (escalate to management if needed) Ensuring good collaboration with other departments and units Ensuring that we have the right level of competence within your area of responsibility Development conversations with employees and holding information meetings for your group of employees at regular intervals Ensuring compliance with guidelines regarding SAM (Systematic Work Environment Management) Ensuring equipment is maintained and serviced according to plan Management of property and security contracts We are looking for someone with experience in supervision who shares our ambition to have satisfied customers and employees.
