You'll work closely with cleaning staff, customers, and company management, becoming an important link between them. About the Role As a team lead at Aleo, you're responsible for ensuring your team has the right conditions to do excellent work for our customers. You lead and support employees day-to-day, plan staffing, and ensure assignments are completed with high quality and good profitability. You maintain regular contact with customers and employees, working both preventatively and solution-oriented. One moment you're planning next week's staffing, the next you're supporting an employee or helping a customer find the best solution. The role is both operational and administrative, suited for someone who wants to be close to the business while also helping develop our working methods. Your Main Responsibilities Lead, support, and follow up with a team of cleaning staff. Plan and coordinate schedules, staffing, and resources with good advance planning. Handle changes, absences, and other situations that arise in daily operations. Be a close contact person for customers and manage bookings, requests, and feedback. Ensure work is performed according to customer agreements and Aleo's quality standards. Conduct quality follow-ups and support employees at customer sites. Introduce and follow up with new employees, including trial shifts and documentation. Develop and update work instructions, checklists, and procedures for various assignments. Conduct customer and site visits before new assignments to assess needs and plan appropriate solutions. Participate in meetings with new and existing customers and help develop customer relationships and offerings. Follow up on relevant key metrics and contribute to high customer satisfaction, engaged employees, and well-functioning operations. Be the link between cleaning staff and management and identify opportunities for improvement in the business. Who Are We Looking For? We're looking for someone who is confident in leading others and who combines care with clarity. You're present, attentive, and good at building trust, but also willing to set expectations and follow up on agreements. You work in a structured way, take initiative, and stay calm when plans need to change on short notice. For you, good service isn't just friendly treatment—it's about taking responsibility, providing feedback, and finding sustainable solutions. We believe you'll thrive and succeed in this role if you: Have experience in team leadership, personnel responsibility, or another coordinating role. Have experience from the cleaning industry. Are used to customer contact and feel comfortable handling both everyday questions and more challenging situations. Are structured, solution-oriented, and good at prioritizing. Have the ability to motivate others and create good team spirit. Have good computer skills and learn new systems easily. Speak and write Swedish well. Have a B driver's license and the ability to conduct customer and employee visits. It's a plus if you've worked with planning or scheduling systems such as TimeWave or Tengella. Knowledge of English or other languages used by our employees is also valuable.
