Your Tasks Ski school and activities are a central part of our guests' overall experience with us. As a supervisor, it is therefore important that you have a clear understanding of what good service means and can coach your team members in the right direction. Inspiring and training employees is one of your primary responsibilities. Selection of work tasks: Planning, follow-up, and development of operations and their goals. Inspire, engage, develop, and train team members in the department. Plan and conduct training sessions and communicate procedures and work methods in the department. Ensure that daily operations function according to established goals regarding procedures, workflows, efficiency, and service. Schedule planning and staffing. Alternate between administrative work and being out in operations. The position includes weekend work every other week. Meritorious Experience in an administrative role from previous work. Experience in leading and being a supervisor. Driver's license and access to a car. Application This is a seasonal position from November/December to April and the position is covered by HRF's collective agreement.
