Your responsibilities
You will join a team of approximately 15 employees operating roll-off containers. Organization and cleanliness at the facility are top priorities, so it's important that you value working toward high quality and efficiency. Most tasks are related to operational production and coordinating with colleagues and management to plan and distribute daily work and driver routines, such as scheduling vehicles for service and workshop visits and ensuring all vehicles are staffed.
In your role, you will help ensure daily staffing levels, maintain customer contact, handle deviations and reporting, oversee vehicle maintenance, and monitor our permits. You will encourage and support colleagues to maintain strong performance in both quality and efficiency. You report to and work closely with the Section Manager. The Section Manager holds full personnel responsibility for everyone in the team.

We'd like you to have experience from warehousing, logistics, production, or the waste/transport industry. Previous supervisory experience or experience coordinating and distributing work is a plus.
You have good computer skills and speak Swedish fluently, both verbally and in writing. A Class B driver's license and at least three years of upper secondary education are requirements for the position.
