Work Leader with Client Assignment – We are expanding and opening an office in Köping. Do you want to combine leadership with practical work at client sites? We are now looking for a committed and responsible work leader who is also actively involved in our assignments within move-out cleaning, home cleaning, and facility maintenance! About the Position As a work leader with us, you have a key role in the operation. You are responsible for leading and distributing work in your team, while you yourself work operatively on cleaning assignments at our customers' sites. The role requires both structure, flexibility, and close collaboration with both employees and customers Responsibilities Plan and lead the daily work for the cleaning team Onboard and develop personnel Ensure high quality in completed assignments Maintain contact with customers and follow up on their needs Carry out cleaning assignments for companies and/or private customers Handle scheduling and basic administration We Are Looking for You Who Have experience in facility maintenance (required) Have previous experience in work leadership or similar responsibility (merit) Are structured, solution-oriented, and service-minded Enjoy working both independently and in a team Speak Swedish fluently, both verbally and in writing Have a Class B driver's license (required) We Offer A varied role with both responsibility and practical work Opportunity to make an impact and develop within the company Secure employment in a growing cleaning company Pleasant work environment and engaged colleagues Application Does this sound like something for you?
