About the Position Professionals Nord is seeking, in cooperation with Vattenfall, a supervisor with responsibility for property and fire safety. The assignment is part of our personnel leasing services. You will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant at Vattenfall for 12 months. The intention is that you may eventually be hired directly by them, provided all parties are satisfied with the cooperation. Responsibilities The role is divided between supervision and responsibility for property and fire safety matters. You will be based at the Jordbro facility but will also work with Vattenfall's facilities in Tyresö and Gustavsberg. Supervision primarily concerns external contractors and involves no personnel management responsibility. You plan, coordinate, and follow up work in areas such as mechanics, remediation, insulation, scaffolding, and welding. The role also involves ensuring that property maintenance and systematic fire safety work are carried out in a structured and safe manner. Your responsibilities include: - Handle fault reports and plan and prepare work orders - Plan and follow up property maintenance, inspections, and maintenance measures - Set requirements for contractors and follow up on agreements, responsibility distribution, and additional work - Update maintenance plans for property and SBA - Ensure documentation, self-inspections, and rounds within systematic fire safety work We Are Looking For You Who - Have many years of experience supervising employees and contractors - Have good experience with property maintenance - Have a good understanding of contracts and different contractors' obligations - Have previously worked with systematic fire safety work, SBA - Have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing It is an advantage if you have worked in energy, combined heat and power, process industry, or manufacturing. It is also advantageous if you have knowledge of ATEX or experience with maintenance management systems. However, the most important thing is your experience in supervision, property, and fire safety. You will have the opportunity to learn Vattenfall's operations and processes on site.
