About the Job Supervisor for Candeo Städservice AB in Älmhult. We are the growing cleaning company Candeo Städservice AB. We offer well-established companies and private customers quality and service in facility maintenance. We are looking for a supervisor who wants to help develop our operations in Älmhult. You have a central role in planning, leading, and following up on daily operations, while handling administrative tasks that are important for our structure and quality. You have a natural ability to interact with both customers and employees in a positive and professional manner. You understand the importance of meeting and exceeding customer expectations through outstanding service. Your Daily Responsibilities: Plan, lead, and follow up on daily work for cleaning staff. Responsible for scheduling, absences, and staffing in our booking system. Be the contact person for customers and handle customer matters. Ensure that quality and work environment procedures are followed. Perform certain personnel administration, such as reporting and documentation. Work on upselling to our existing customers. Clean at customer locations if operations require it. Candeo is Looking for You: Happy, positive, and service-oriented Have experience in supervisory roles within facility maintenance, preferably Hemstäd. Comfortable working administratively and have good computer skills. Self-motivated, organized, and have good communication skills. Hold a B driver's license with manual transmission (required). Fluent in Swedish, spoken and written (additional languages are a plus).
