Facility Services Supervisor needed – Gothenburg Do you want to work in a customer-focused role where you have the opportunity to develop both employees and operations? About the Role As a supervisor at Dannebacken Service AB, you play a central role in daily operations and work closely with both customers and employees. You are responsible for ensuring high quality in our deliveries while contributing to the development of our business and relationships. Your main responsibilities: Manage daily operations within your area. Lead, support, and develop our employees. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Monitor agreements and ensure services are delivered according to agreed quality standards. Actively work with quality assurance, follow-up, and continuous improvement. Plan and administer operations in a structured and efficient manner. We're Looking for Someone Who Has experience in supervisory roles, preferably in the service or facility management sector. Has strong administrative skills and is accustomed to working in a structured way. Has a high sense of quality and service. Is communicative, responsible, and solution-oriented. Holds an SRY professional certification or equivalent experience. Holds a category B driver's license.
