Shift Supervisor for Warehouse Terminal Do you want to take the next step in your career and work in a role where you can combine operational work with leadership? We are now seeking a driven and organized shift supervisor for a warehouse terminal in Landskrona. About the Role As a shift supervisor, you are responsible for ensuring that daily operations at the terminal run efficiently and according to plan. You work closely with both employees and management and have an important role in creating structure, ensuring quality, and driving daily work forward. Your responsibilities will include: Lead and distribute daily work at the terminal Ensure that goods are handled, sorted, and loaded according to plan Monitor productivity, quality, and deliveries Plan staffing and manage ongoing changes in operations Ontrain and support new employees Work actively with workplace environment and safety Identify areas for improvement and contribute to more efficient work methods Maintain regular contact with drivers, colleagues, and other functions The role is operational and you are expected to be present in the workplace. You therefore thrive with combining administrative tasks with being out in operations and supporting the team. Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for someone who is confident in taking responsibility and who enjoys leading others in an environment where the pace can sometimes be high. You are organized, solution-oriented, and good at prioritizing when conditions change. We would like to see that you have: Experience from warehouse, terminal, logistics, or similar operations Previous experience in supervision or another leadership role Good system proficiency and basic knowledge of the Office package Good Swedish in speech and writing Class B driver's license is a merit As a person, you are communicative and clear in your leadership. You have the ability to create engagement while daring to set expectations and follow up on results. You are unpretentious and enjoy solving problems together with your team.
