We are now seeking two work supervisors at Alucrom AB in Göteborg. In this role, you become an important part of the operation where you are responsible for driving projects forward, ensuring that work runs smoothly on-site, and supporting the team in daily work. The role involves great variety, where no two days are the same, and you work closely with colleagues, customers, and production. About the Position As a work supervisor at Alucrom, you work operatively in the field and are responsible for ensuring that projects and contracts are carried out according to plan, schedule, and budget. The role involves a strong focus on practical execution, planning, and coordination on the job sites rather than administrative office work. You will work closely with different teams depending on the scope of the projects. In some projects you work independently and in others together with larger work groups. You are responsible for ensuring that work maintains high quality, that safety procedures are followed, and that operations run efficiently on-site. Work takes place primarily on contracts and various job sites, which means travel is part of the position. A company car is included, and the role suits you if you thrive in a dynamic and varied daily routine where you get to be close to production and operations. Who Are You? We are looking for someone with several years of experience in blasting, industrial painting, or surface treatment who has either worked as a work supervisor before or is ready to take the next step in your career. You are someone who enjoys taking responsibility, making your own decisions, and at the same time working closely with the team in the field. You are driven, solution-oriented, and comfortable collaborating with people from different cultures and backgrounds. The role requires you to be flexible, unpretentious, and comfortable in a tough and practical work environment where the pace can sometimes be high. Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in blasting, surface treatment, or industrial painting Experience from contract operations Driver's license category B Good knowledge of Swedish or English Good physical health and ability to undergo a fitness certificate/medical examination Meriting Qualifications: Experience in work supervision within industry Forklift license, preferably counterbalance truck Surface and corrosion protection painter (formerly Diploma Painter training) Experience working at heights or on scaffolding Good computer skills and experience with digital tools What Makes This Role Attractive?
